Refund and Cancellation policy

1. Refund Policy

  • No Refunds for Memberships:
    Membership fees are non-refundable once paid. Cancellation of membership stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for unused periods.

  • Medical Services:
    Payments made for medical services (e.g., ambulance bookings, lab tests, hospital partnerships) are non-refundable once the service is initiated or completed.

  • SOS Button Installation:
    No refunds will be issued once the SOS button is installed in your society.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Membership Cancellation:
    You may cancel your membership at any time via the Jiva Health app or info@jivahealth.in . However, no refunds will be provided for already paid fees.

  • SOS Button Service:
    Cancellation requests for SOS button deployment must be made before installation begins. Once installation is initiated, cancellation is not permitted.


3. Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • SOS Button Installation:

    • Installation is completed within 5 days of partnership confirmation.

    • Delivery is made to the registered society address.

    • Delays due to third-party vendors (e.g., courier partners) are beyond our control.

  • Shipping Costs:
    All shipping/installation charges are non-refundable, even if the membership is canceled.


4. Returns & Replacements

  • No Returns/Exchanges:
    Jiva Health services (memberships, SOS button installations, medical support) are final and non-returnable.

  • Defective SOS Button:
    If the SOS button malfunctions, report it immediately. We will repair/replace it free of charge within the warranty period.


5. Exemptions

  • Non-Refundable Services:
    All membership fees, medical service payments, and SOS button installations are exempt from refunds.

  • No Exceptions:
    This policy applies to all partnered societies and users, irrespective of circumstances.
